We do not Prescribe Controlled Meds; Adderall, Xanax, Ativan, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Focalin, Klonopin, Codeine, etc.
We do not prescribe medications needing Prior Authorizations.
We do not offer FMLA or Disability Application/Paperwork Services.
We do not issue Accommodation Letters or Process Worker’s Compensation/MVA Paperwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is it for a Virtual Visit?

The cost of our virtual visit is just $49 for most self-pay visits payable with a credit card. Alternatively, you can also use your insurance by selecting one of the listed options at the start of your visit and entering your information. If you are using insurance, you may be responsible for any associated copays or deductibles. Note: labs, tests or prescriptions ordered are not included in the cost of your visit. The specialty visits which include Menopause, Weight loss & Hair Regrowth are $79 for the visits payable with a credit card.

How do I pay for my visit?

You will receive a text and email after you book your visit to pay for your visit.

How do I join the visit?

You will also receive a link to connect with your provider once the visit is confirmed. Simply join the link at your appointment time.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You can call our office at 877-655-3577 for assistance with rescheduling or assistance with appointment cancellations.

Can I receive lab orders?

Our health care providers can order needed labs and send the lab order form to your email. Lab visit can be completed at Quest (using your insurance) or Ulta Lab (Self-pay). Once your lab results are ready, you will receive a message to schedule a follow up appointment to review your lab results. Results are typically available within 2-3 days. Book a visit about 3-5 days out from the date you had your lab drawn, with reason “lab discussion.” You may call/text the office on 877-655-3577 to confirm if your labs have been received if you would like confirmation of lab result availability before booking your lab discussion visit.

Do you prescribe GLP 1 weight loss medications?

During your visit, your provider will evaluate your symptoms, allergies and health history and if needed, will prescribe GLP-1.

What If I do not want hormones for menopause?

We can prescribe non-hormonal medications that will help to control your menopause symptoms to help improve your quality of life.

Do I need oral medications for hair regrowth?

There are several options for hair regrowth based on the type of hair loss. A personalized plan of care will be developed with you and your health care provider for optimal hair regrowth.
