1. Scope of Services

Platinum Plus Health Consultants provides virtual consultations for perimenopause, menopause, weight loss, and hair regrowth. We provide clinical recommendations based on the information you provide; however, telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Eligibility & Patient Responsibility

Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Accuracy: You agree to provide honest, accurate medical histories. Failure to do so may result in ineffective or unsafe treatment.

Jurisdiction: Services are only available to residents in states where our consultants are licensed to practice.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Fees: All fees for consultations and treatments are due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.

Refunds: Clinical consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has begun.

Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be subject to a fee.

4. Prescriptions & Labs

Clinical Discretion: Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

Third Parties: Lab testing and prescriptions are fulfilled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their independent pricing or delivery timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Plus Health Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the information provided on our website.
